At Talon Homes and Construction we have over 40 years of collective construction, remodel,  property maintenance,  and property management experience. Started by Mark Shipley, and located in Elephant Butte, NM, we are Serving the Sierra County, New Mexico area. Our current project is Mirada Del Lago, a 183 acre subdevelopment on the shores of Elephant Butte Lake.
